Thank you for shopping with Feathered Jewels. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review the details below to understand how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship to customers in the United States and to select international countries. Available destinations will appear during checkout.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in your order total.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Feathered Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error after placing your order.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Feathered Jewels is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

We will work with you to replace or refund the item.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders.

  • Certain countries may be unavailable due to postal restrictions.
